A premium VIP ticket to the Isle of Wight Festival, including a backstage guest wristband, for the dates covered by your booking. You do not need to purchase a separate Festival ticket.
-

Selected premium food and drink items are available to purchase separately on site. The precise inclusions, serving times, and menus will be confirmed in your pre-arrival information. Inclusions may vary slightly; where any change is significant, clause 11 (Changes and Cancellation) applies.
4. Age Requirements
The Lead Booker must be aged 18 or over and accepts these terms on behalf of the whole group.
The minimum age to stay in our Accommodation is 16. Guests aged 16 and 17 are welcome provided they are accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 18 or over) at all times throughout the Festival. We cannot accept any Guest under the age of 16.
We reserve the right to request proof of age from any Guest at any time, including at check-in. Any booking found to breach these age requirements will be cancelled without refund, and access will be refused to any Guest unable to provide satisfactory proof of age.
5. Alcohol and Responsible Service
Where the catering and drinks offering includes alcohol, alcohol is served under the relevant premises licence or under the Festival’s licensing arrangements, and is subject to responsible service requirements.
The following apply to all alcohol service at our campsite:
-
Alcohol will not be served to any Guest under the age of 18. Guests aged 16 and 17 are issued with a distinct wristband at check-in and will not be served alcohol under any circumstances.
-
We operate a Challenge 25 policy. Any Guest who appears under 25 may be asked for photographic proof of age before being served, and service may be refused without it.
-
We may refuse to serve alcohol to any Guest who is, or appears to be, intoxicated, and may withdraw the drinks offering from any Guest behaving irresponsibly or unsafely.
-
It is an offence for an adult to buy or attempt to buy alcohol for a person under 18. Any Guest doing so may be removed from the campsite under clause 15.
The drinks element of your booking is provided for reasonable personal consumption only and is not transferable to non-Guests.
6. Food, Drink and Allergens
We take food safety seriously and prepare and serve food in accordance with applicable food hygiene and food information law.
If you or any Guest has a food allergy, intolerance, or specific dietary requirement, you must tell us at the time of booking and again on arrival at our reception. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements and to provide allergen information for the food we serve, our catering operates in an environment where allergens are present and we cannot guarantee that any item is entirely free from a given allergen.
Guests with severe or life-threatening allergies should contact us before booking to discuss whether we can safely meet their needs, and should carry their own medication (such as an adrenaline auto-injector) at all times. We accept no liability for any reaction arising from an allergy or dietary requirement that was not disclosed to us in advance.
7. Data Sharing
By making a booking, you acknowledge and consent to your personal data and booking details being shared with the Festival Organiser for the purposes of ticketing, site management, access, and operational logistics. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle your data.
8. Booking and Payment
8.1 Booking and Confirmation
Bookings are made by email. Your booking is confirmed once we receive your 50% deposit. A confirmation email and receipt will be issued upon payment.
8.2 Balance Payment
The remaining 50% balance is due by the Balance Due Date (3 May in the year of the Festival). If you book on or after the Balance Due Date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Failure to pay the balance by the Balance Due Date may result in cancellation of your booking. Any such cancellation will be treated as a cancellation by you under clause 11.1, and your deposit and any other monies paid will be forfeited in accordance with that clause.
8.3 Price
The price of your booking is fixed at the time of booking and will not increase. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
9. Festival Tickets
Your premium VIP ticket to the Isle of Wight Festival, including a backstage guest wristband, is included as part of your booking. VIP tickets and backstage wristbands are personal to the Guests named on the booking. Entry to the Festival itself is controlled by the Festival Organiser and is subject to the Festival Organiser’s own terms and conditions of entry, which apply in addition to these terms.
We are responsible for providing the VIP ticket and backstage wristband as part of your booking. We are not responsible for the organisation or running of the Festival itself, including its line-up, scheduling, facilities, the extent or operation of any backstage or VIP areas, or any decision by the Festival Organiser to refuse or revoke entry for breach of the Festival Organiser’s terms. Clause 11.4 (Changes to the Festival) applies.
We strongly advise against obtaining any additional or replacement Festival ticket from any source other than the Festival Organiser’s authorised channels.
10. Transfer of Bookings
Your booking, including your VIP ticket and backstage wristband and each Guest place, is personal to the Guests named on the booking and is non-transferable. Bookings may not be resold or transferred to any other person without our prior written consent, which we may grant or withhold at our discretion.
Where we agree to a transfer, it will be subject to any conditions we reasonably require, including a transfer administration fee and evidence that the incoming Guest meets the age and eligibility requirements of these terms and any requirements of the Festival Organiser. We do not accept liability for providing the Under the Stars experience to any person presenting a booking confirmation obtained other than directly through us or an authorised agent.
11. Changes and Cancellation
11.1 Cancellation by You
Your booking is sold on a non-refundable basis. Your 50% deposit is non-refundable, and once you have paid your balance, all monies paid are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for, or the date of, your cancellation. This reflects the committed costs we incur in securing your VIP ticket, accommodation, and catering in advance.
No refunds are due in respect of no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or unused nights, meals, or any other element of your booking. All cancellation requests must be made in writing to uts@pinkmoonevents.co.uk.
We strongly recommend that you take out adequate travel and cancellation insurance at the time of booking to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances, including illness, injury, or any other reason you may be unable to attend.
11.2 Changes by Us
We may make minor changes to your booking (such as adjustments to the catering offering, serving times, or campsite layout) at any time, and will notify you where reasonably practicable. Minor changes do not give rise to any right to cancel or to a refund.
If, before the start of the Festival, we need to make a significant change to your booking or are unable to provide it as booked, we will notify you and you may either accept the change (or a suitable alternative we offer) or cancel your booking and receive a full refund of all monies paid.
11.3 Cancellation by Us
If we cancel your booking before the start of the Festival for a reason within our control, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid. This does not apply where the cancellation results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, which are dealt with in clause 21.
11.4 Changes to, or Cancellation of, the Festival
If the Isle of Wight Festival is cancelled and your booking cannot proceed, you will receive a refund of all monies paid. If the Festival is postponed, your booking will, where possible, transfer to the new dates, and if you are unable to attend the new dates you may cancel for a full refund.
No refund or compensation is due in respect of changes to the Festival programme itself (including line-up, stage times, individual performances, or the operation of backstage or VIP areas) where your booking otherwise proceeds and your Accommodation and catering remain available to you.
All refunds under this clause 11 will be made to the original payment method within 14 days. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
12. Accommodation
Images used on our website and in our materials are representative only. The final products supplied may vary slightly in colour, size, configuration, or layout. We cannot guarantee a specific pitch location, as this is determined by the Festival Organiser.
In exceptional circumstances we may need to substitute your Accommodation. Where we do so, we will provide an alternative of equivalent or higher specification, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance. If no suitable equivalent is available, clause 11 applies.
Our Accommodation may only be occupied by the Guests named on the booking, up to the maximum number stated for your accommodation type. The Accommodation remains our property at all times and must not be moved, altered, or repositioned without our consent.
13. Check-in and Wristbands
At check-in, the Lead Booker must present photographic identification and the booking confirmation. Each Guest will be issued with a wristband, which must be worn at all times while on our campsite. Guests aged 16 and 17 will be issued with a distinct wristband for the purposes of clause 5 (Alcohol). Wristbands are personal to the Guest to whom they are issued and are non-transferable. Lost or damaged wristbands must be reported to our reception immediately; replacements are issued at our discretion and may incur a reasonable fee.
14. Security and Site Access
Entry to our campsite is conditional upon compliance with our security procedures and those of the Festival Organiser. Guests and their belongings may be subject to security checks or searches at any time. Refusal to comply with a reasonable security request may result in refusal of entry or removal from the campsite without refund.
Items prohibited by the Festival Organiser or by law may not be brought onto our campsite. We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or confiscate, any item we reasonably consider to present a risk to safety, security, or the enjoyment of other Guests.
15. Guest Behaviour and Removal
We are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all Guests. We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion and at any time, to refuse access to or remove from our campsite any Guest whose behaviour we consider to be unacceptable, dangerous, threatening, abusive, or disruptive to other Guests or our staff.
Any Guest removed from our campsite on these grounds forfeits their booking in its entirety, with no refund, regardless of the stage of the Festival at which removal occurs. The Lead Booker is responsible for the conduct of the whole group. Where the conduct of a group as a whole results in the removal of the entire group, no refund will be issued to any member of that group.
We reserve the right to involve Festival security, the Festival Organiser, or the police where we consider it necessary.
16. Photography, Marketing and Image Rights
Photography and video filming may take place at our campsite for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. By attending, you acknowledge that you and your group may appear in such images or footage, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content across our website, social media, printed materials, and press. If you would prefer not to be filmed, please tell our on-site staff on arrival.
Where you share content on social media that tags, mentions, or features us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reshare that content. To request removal of content featuring you that we have shared, email uts@pinkmoonevents.co.uk and we will action your request promptly.
You may photograph and film our Accommodation for personal use only. Our branding, structural designs, and operational layouts are the intellectual property of Festival Extras Limited and may not be reproduced commercially without our written consent.
17. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in our materials, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Festival Extras Limited unless otherwise stated. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property for commercial purposes.
18. Communications Consent
By making a booking, you consent to receiving communications from us by email and, where you have provided a mobile number, by SMS or messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, relating to your booking, the Festival, and relevant operational information. With your consent or where otherwise permitted, we may also send you promotional updates. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, replying STOP, or contacting us at uts@pinkmoonevents.co.uk.
19. Accessibility and Medical Requirements
If you or any Guest has an accessibility requirement, medical condition, or specific need that may affect your stay or require us to make reasonable adjustments, please notify us at the time of booking or as soon as the need becomes known. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your requirements, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled, and accept no liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from a failure to disclose relevant needs in advance.
20. Lost Property
We accept no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings left in or around our Accommodation or campsite at any time. Any items of lost property found by our staff will be held for a reasonable period following the Festival; to enquire, contact us at uts@pinkmoonevents.co.uk within 14 days of the Festival closing. We strongly recommend that all Guests take out appropriate personal property insurance.
21. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, epidemic or pandemic, fire, flood, civil unrest, strikes, or government action. Where such circumstances prevent your booking from proceeding, the refund provisions of clause 11 apply.
22. Liability and Safety
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude our liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or presence at, our Accommodation or campsite, including any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
As the Lead Booker, you accept responsibility for the conduct of your group and any damage caused by your group to the Accommodation, its contents, or the surrounding site; the reasonable costs of repair or replacement are payable by the Lead Booker on demand.
The following rules apply to all Guests:
-
No smoking or use of open flames, gas stoves, or candles inside any tent or structure.
-
Festival and campsite noise may continue through the night — please plan accordingly.
-
All Guests must comply with the safety instructions of our staff and the Festival Organiser at all times.
Our tents and structures are designed to withstand typical festival weather conditions. We cannot guarantee their resilience against severe or extreme weather events.
23. Acceptance and Care of Accommodation
On arrival, please inspect your Accommodation promptly. Any faults, damage, or missing items must be reported to our on-site staff as soon as reasonably possible after discovery, and in any event during your stay, so that we have a fair opportunity to put things right. Any sponsor branding on the Accommodation must not be defaced, removed, or modified. You must leave the Accommodation in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the Festival.
24. Complaints and Issues
Any issues or complaints must be raised with our on-site team as a priority so that we have the opportunity to resolve them during your stay. If your issue is not resolved on-site, the Lead Booker must submit a formal written complaint to us within 14 days of the Festival closing.
25. Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection legislation. In the event of any conflict between these terms and your mandatory statutory rights, your statutory rights prevail.
26. General
26.1 Variation
The version of these terms in force at the time you make your booking applies to that booking. We will not make changes that apply retrospectively to confirmed bookings, except where required by law.
26.2 Assignment
We may transfer our rights and obligations under this Contract to another organisation, and will notify you in writing if this happens. Any transfer will not affect your rights under these terms.
26.3 Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed removed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
27. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
