Bookings
A booking is confirmed once written confirmation (email is sufficient) has been received and a 50% deposit of the total quoted cost has been paid. The deposit secures the agreed date(s) and services.

Deposits & Cancellations
All deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the client, for any reason, the deposit will be retained to cover costs incurred and loss of business for the secured date(s).
All cancellations must be made in writing.

Changes to Bookings
Any changes to dates, guest numbers, or services must be requested in writing and are subject to availability. Changes do not affect the non-refundable status of the deposit.

Acceptance of Terms
Payment of the deposit and/or confirmation of the booking constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
