We couldn't bring you our Under the Stars areas without the help from our fabulous team!

Our Head Chef Liam has over 13 years experience under his belt working across a variety of different kitchens. Some of these include Rosetted restaurants such as Rick Steins - the Seafood Restaurant, The Marquis at Alkham and Rocksalt - Folkestone. 

Liam has also worked across Australia in hatted restaurants in Melbourne and working as an event chef on sites ranging from the Grand Prix to the Australian Open. All of our food menus, local ingredients and teams of chef are handpicked by Liam to bring you the best culinary experience. 

We couldn't provide a wonderful experience without the help of our team of chefs! Joining us from the United Kingdom and all around the world including South Africa & Australia. Our Chef's are expertly skilled in a variety of cuisines. Having had experience in Michelin, Rosetted and Hatted Restaurants they work directly with our head chef to bring you the best ingredients and a flavourful menu. Whether its late night dishes or a handmade birthday cake, they are ready for anything.

Working with our lovely Evie over the last two years has been a dream. Not only is she one half of our wonderful bar team but she is our fabulous restaurant manager. Having worked in hospitality for the last 8 years Evie has undeniable knowledge in her field. Throughout our events Evie makes sure that our food services are running smoothly and her customer service is impeccable, she is Always ready with her quick witted banter.

Our Bar Manager Ellie is one half of our wonderful bar team. Ellie has worked with us over the last few years and is a magician behind the bar! Working with Evie to create stunning cocktail's and curating an epic bar menu, she is one to be watched! Ellie is your girl if you need a late night cocktail or want to warm up with a expertly crafted coffee.

Working with our excellent team of front of house staff is a joy. All our team are cocktail trained, barista trained and have phenomenal customer service skills. We are always here to help with your bags, to jump on the karaoke machine with you or here for a chat!

Our wonderful team behind the scenes! picking up some of the most important roles over our events. From building signs and washing dishes to cleaning and fixing electrics. Our team go above and beyond to make sure your weekend is relaxing and care free.
